Description

This was a commission for Teva's brother Spencer.  He loves the show "A Certain Scientific Railgun" and he found a pic online he wanted me to draw, so this one isn't an original. 

I felt like playing with my charcoal pencils so I found some old construction paper. Since I don't have any professional colored paper.
